ALL PURPOSE CLEANER:
- Mix ½ litre water and 20 ml On Guard Cleaner, then add 10 drops any citrus oil in a 16 oz (glass) spray bottle. Shake well before using
- Mix ¼ cup white vinegar and 1 ¾ cups of water, then add 10 drops each Spearmint, Eucalyptus and Lemon essential oils in a 16 oz (glass) spray bottle. Shake well before using
TILE / LINOLEUM FLOOR CLEANER (also good for counter tops)
Mix 1 gallon of warm water, 2 Tbsp liquid castile soap and add 5 drops Douglas Fir, 5 drops Siberian Fir, 5 drops Cypress and 10 drops Lemon essential oils
GLASS CLEANER:
Mix 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar, 1/3 cup rubbing alcohol, 10 drops Lemon oil, 10 drops Tea Tree oil in a 16 oz (glass) spray bottle. Top up with water. Shake well before using
WOOD DUSTER (CLEANER):
- Mix 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar, 8 drops Arborvitae oil in an 8 oz. (glass) spray bottle. Shake well before using
- For a simple wood duster (cleaner) mix 5 – 10 drops of lemon oil with olive oil or vegetable oil in a jar or bottle. Shake well before using.
BATHROOM TILE & GROUT CLEANER
Mix ½ cup baking soda, 3 Tbsp water, 3 Tbsp On Guard Cleaner Concentrate, then add 15 drops each Lemon and Lime essential oils in a container. Stir to form a paste. Brush on surface. Wait 20 minutes and clean off with a sponge and water.
LAUNDRY DRYER SHEETS
Cut squares of fabric (12 cm x 12 cm), fold and place in a 32 oz (mason) jar.
In a bowl mix 1 ½ cups white vinegar, ½ cup distilled water and add 10 drops each Lavender and Wild Orange essential oils.
Pour over cloths in the jar until moistened but not dripping. Keep mixture left over for the next batch
Replace lid of the jar and gently turn it to lightly saturate every piece of fabric
Use 1-2 sheets in dryer (10 – 20 loads). Wash fabric sheets every few weeks
